The Schematic Phase is all about gathering information and finding the initial direction for the project. A 3d model is prepared from the topographic survey to analyze the site and all of its features. The project program is developed with the client and translated into the initial project form always considering the environment where the home will be constructed. These images depict the initial progress you will see develop during this phase.
